Something funny happened yesterday. I got this remix straight from K-Salaam via email and I was kinda slow on getting to it due to hectic nature of my day job. When I finally did get around to opening the email, right when I was about to click the link to download the song, DJ Brainchild IMed me. He didn’t say hello or anything. Sitting there in the IM window was a file transfer prompt waiting for me to accept this very song for download. So I knew this was gonna be special before I even listened to it. Props to K-Salaam & Beatnick because this is a tutorial on how to execute a remix properly. And the best part is there were NO SAMPLES USED.
