The other day I came across a really cool message in my Myspace inbox from the gentleman in the above photo.  He’s a Tampa-based producer / emcee named Dutchmassive.  He just shot me a nice note to say that this was his second attempt to reach me as his first one (a lengthy, detailed one) vanished into digital air due to a crash.  We’ve all been there before.  Anyway, he didn’t beat me in the head about why his beats are the best or annoy me with crap that I didn’t care about.  He just had this strong vibe about him.  You can’t fabricate it.  It’s either there or it isn’t. 

He asked me to check out his recent EP that he made free to the internet consisting of some of his instrumentals.  And if I liked ‘em, invited me to post it here.  And guess what?  I liked it alot.  So that’s exactly what I’m gonna do.  It also helped when he told me that his first single off his debut album on Rawkus, “Better Man” features Von Pea and Median, two extremely gifted emcees, and Illmind on the beat.  YIKES.  That kinda heat ain’t easy to come across y’all.

It’s stuff like this that makes me glad I started a blog of this nature in the first place.  Please peep this y’all.  Not to be slept on.
