No lie, I slept on this guy for a while. Apparently, it was too long.
Peter Hadar’s highly-anticipated Well Dressed for the Art Show album drops TODAY (Tuesday, June 17th). From the sounds on his MySpace, it may be one of the biggest under-the-radar soul albums of this year. This is the song that hooked and reeled me in. It’s got this Raheem Devaughn-ish thing happening that I am digging. With a million and one unoriginal songs about “that girl,” this is a great approach.
